Even big tough dogs start off small, cute and a little uncoordinated. In the short video below, with a soundtrack from my favourite musician Nicky Bomba, I grow from 8 weeks to 8 months in just 3 minutes.

CRUISIN'
OK, it's true that most of the time I hang out in my crib with my homies. But from time to time we polish up the wheels, jump in the wagon, crank out some beats and cruise the streets for bitches. Here the mad dog documentary maker is lucky he didn't fall out window or one of my boyz didn't bite his ass.

RACING CARS
I must confess that as a dog, driving is not one of my strong points. However I'm a very good passenger and if only my dad would wind the windows down when he goes racing I'd be able to ge the full force of the air flapping my chops, and could be hurled around the back seat under brakes.
Here he is in action at Oran Park, winning the second round of the WRX Club Championship. Apologies for the long intro, he somehow thought it artistic. Whatever!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS
The festive season is about to kick off so I'd like to wish you all, family, friends and curious observers alike, a happy holiday season. I hear I'm up for a bath and blow dry on boxing day, after Christmas Day visiting the grandparents where mum and dad are also threatening to make me go swimming.
Over the holidays I'll whip out the camera and take a few photos of the family but until then here are a couple of oldies so you can say "ahhhh".

Incidentally I didn't really bite that man the other day. He was acting in a suspicious manner (my job description is very simple - love and protect the family) and my (quite reserved I thought) little 'expression' was simply a preemptive retaliation, a strategy I learned from watching very self important people, with IQ's only marginally below mine, on the television news (who I would bite with much more intent if ever given the opportunity).

RACING THIS WEEK
This coming Thursday Stig will be racing at Wakefield Park in the years final Circuit Club event. Sadly dogs aren't allowed at the race track but I'm sure I'll be forced to sit through some in-car camera footage (that he has started taking during these days out) when he gets home that evening.

THE FIRST POST
As a dog it can be difficult to get your point across but thanks to the wonders of the internet, and an especially large keyboard, here you will, over the forseeable future, find the ruminations of a small bear trapped in the body of a large dog. Or in other words me, Mr Kodi Bear, Akita extrordinairre, loved friend and protector of Stig & Lisa.
On a semi regular basis I will upload news of various events in their and my life accompanied by occasional photos and links to other interesting reading or viewing.
To start procceeding here is an old photo of me. At the time I was very young, barely 4 weeks if memory serves although I am now the ripe old age of 18 months.
Woof and welcome.

FARMING & SWIMMING
Who would have thought that going for a three hour drive could result in so much fun. We headed west last Friday evening, past my old Blue Mountains home, to a spectacular 100 acre farm with a very health creek running deep after recent rains. My girlfriend Millie, a Staffy cross Bitsa, was there with her pet humans Scott and Sonia, and we ran around for two days, chasing really big creatures that smelt alot like raw beef. I tried my paw at swimming but mostly tried to stop Millie sticking her tongue down my throat.
